Welcome to https://jialongintl.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website. They do not replace the commercial terms of any transaction.

1. Website terms vs. sales contracts

Product sales are governed exclusively by our written quotation, pro forma invoice and/or signed sales contract, which prevail over anything stated on this website. These Terms apply only to your use of the website itself.

2. Information is indicative, not an offer

Product descriptions, specifications, capacity figures and images on this site are provided for general information. They are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer. Authoritative product specifications are those in the current TDS, SDS/MSDS and the Certificate of Analysis (COA) supplied with each shipment.

3. Regulatory compliance and responsible use

We supply industrial chemical products for professional use. Buyers are solely responsible for confirming that the intended import and use comply with the laws of the destination market — including REACH (EU), TSCA (US) and other local chemical inventories — and for obtaining any required permits or licences. Unless expressly agreed in writing, our products are not offered for household, food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical or personal use. Always handle products in line with the SDS.

4. Quotations, orders and payment

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices, payment terms (e.g., T/T), packaging and quantities become binding only when confirmed in our sales contract or pro forma invoice.

5. Delivery, risk and dangerous goods

Delivery terms follow Incoterms® 2020 as stated in the contract. Several of our products are classified as dangerous goods; transport is arranged in compliance with IMDG, IATA-DGR, ADR/RID or other applicable regulations, and stated lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Quality and claims

Quality is determined against the COA issued for each batch. Claim windows and procedures are as set out in the sales contract.

7. Intellectual property

All site content (text, layout, logo, images) is © HK Jialong International Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. While we work to keep information accurate, we make no warranty that it is complete, current or fit for your particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and the website are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes relating to any transaction follow the dispute-resolution clause of the applicable sales contract (Hong Kong courts or arbitration).
